THE FRAUD UNMASKED

Irina Grad is a fraudster posing as an expert in crypto and event management. She has no career, only a history of seeking personal gain through others.

She claims to have started at Piccolo Teatro di Milano, where she allegedly found a passion for art and innovation. In reality, it was a passion for easy money.

Over 15 years, Irina Grad has organized no notable events or worked with artists—her name is unknown in the industry.

THE TICKETMETA SCAM

Ticketmeta scam website

In 2022, Irina Grad, alongside Anna Ivanko from St. Petersburg, launched Ticketmeta.io. Marketed as a blockchain ticketing platform, it’s a scheme to deceive investors across Russia, the UAE, Europe, and Singapore.

Here’s my story to warn others. I’ve known Anna Ivanko since 2007—she was my friend’s wife and ran LLC “Art-Resource,” a staffing agency that worked with my businesses.

In 2021, Anna moved to Dubai. During a 2022 visit, she introduced me to Irina Grad, who lives between Singapore and the UAE. They pitched a platform for concerts accessible live or in augmented reality via VR glasses.

HOW THE SCAM WORKS

1

Fake Tech Startup Image

Medium blogs, conference appearances, and a "meta-broadcast" of the Venice Carnival.

2

Amateur Execution

Rudimentary website (Ticketmeta.io), 144p demo, no progress in 3 years.

3

False Guarantees

Claimed Wael Jadallah (Irina’s husband) would cover losses with "$400K investment."

4

Ghosting Investors

Ignored calls, unpaid debts, unfulfilled promises.

WARNING: DON’T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM

A year later, the stake remains unformalized, and the debt unpaid. Irina and Anna are now pushing another ticket-selling platform—likely another scam.

Helping a friend led to financial losses and legal battles in Russia and the UAE.
